With dual degrees in Accounting and Marketing, including an MBA from UT RGV, she excels in managing multimillion-dollar multicultural outreach campaigns for UnitedHealthcare and Del Monte Fresh. Her strategic prowess spans brand development, direct-to-consumer marketing, and diverse media campaigns, with strong skills in budget oversight and team leadership. A globetrotting aficionado with a passion for exploring South America, Mayra merges cultural insights into impactful marketing strategies, consistently exceeding client expectations in dynamic market landscapes.

Lorenzo Ruiz | Senior Partner
Lorenzo Ruiz is a senior partner at SenaReider. With nearly a decade of experience in legacy media strategy and social impact marketing, he commands a sweeping skill set in messaging, creative, content production, and data-driven optimization. In his time contracting with private communications firms in California and Texas, he has led on strategy and creative for some of the nation’s top brands — including Verizon and NYU — and spearheaded spending coordination for budgets $10 million-plus. Most recently he oversaw digital comms for the Democratic staff of the House Ways & Means Committee.

Ethan Kelly | Senior Partner
Ethan Kelly is a senior partner at SenaReider, where he specializes in digital communications and strategy. In the past eight years, he has created content across various platforms — amassing a combined following of over 800,000 followers. Through multiple roles at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, BuzzFeed News, Harvard’s Institute of Politics, the White House, and, most recently, the Democratic National Committee Biden/Harris Campaign, he feels passionately about political messaging and reaching voters where they are.

Her community-orientated approach to communications and digital media production results in innovative work that engages audiences in public awareness and social action campaigns.

Will Smialek is a partner at SenaReider with extensive experience in political campaigns. He has worked on two U.S. Senate races and is currently employed with the Biden-Harris Campaign. Additionally, he played a key role in commissioning the nation’s largest youth survey for the 2024 presidential election. He has experience building strategy through data driven insights in previous roles at a large super PAC, a venture backed startup, the General Services Administration, Microsoft, Biden-Harris Campaign, and the Boston Consulting Group.
